“The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. “From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday.”

“This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . “We rarely visit the same location twice, but after a great stay last September, we decided to return to Lindos Aqua Terra. It was absolutely the right choice. Our second stay was just as good as the first, and everything was perfectly taken care of. The hotel and all its facilities are excellent: The setup: A lovely pool area and the beach with comfortable sunbeds are right in front of the hotel. “We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask. The duvet cover even came with a hole. 1 of the dressing gowns also had a big……

The staff made the experience, especially the Aris, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Breeze has the feel of a smaller family-run hotel, with friendly service, quick resolution of any issues, and thoughtful touches like replenished bottled water and access to a shower room before late flight. “La habitación estaba recién renovadas, muy limpia, el personal de limpieza muy agradable, y también muy servicial el personal del desayuno buffet. No me gustó que por estética el baño no tenía cortina de baño,.siempre estaba mojado y aparte el baño no tenia ventana, lo cual hacia un clima muy húmedo en la habitación.”
