"We were treated to a warm welcome some help to park our car showed to a lovely clean functional en-suite room the whole place was lovely and clean the reception a nice area with a bar we had a great full English in the morning in the dining area I would say this is a cut above some of the b&b I have seen in Blackpool I would recommend to anyone "
