It was easy to get to and walking distance to so many places. The bus stops at the corner which is convenient. It is also a quiet area. The building itself was clean and accessible. It's a block away from a pedestrian-only street in the Quartier des Spectacles filled with restaurants, pubs, cafes, and street performers. It's possible to walk down to the Vieux Port and Old Montreal areas, although it's a bit of a hike (about 15 minutes). "This condo was a cute as the pictures and very clean and nice inside. It was a third floor walk up, however, over dirty carpet. The worst part of this stay was that on Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights we were unable to sleep once a 1am night club opened immediately across the street. Made what would have been a very good location, a very poor location!!"

"Great location from which to explore Montreal! Don’t judge a book by its cover- this apartment was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The host always responded quickly to questions I had prior to our arrival and during our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working. I messaged the host and a repair person came within half an hour to fix it for us. "
