We use high quality glass sand for the filter to do again the difference! Ozone Therapy is something unique and very good for your body. Filtering time is 18-24 Hours Per Day not only 6 Hours as Usually!! Babies under 1 years old needs pool with ozone. We control PH and Salt Remotely anytime it need it. We have 3 Wooden Double beach chairs, 2 more signle beach chairs with nice desing, 4 more single beach chairs that can be in the grass and 4 small beach chairs. In our pool you can feel safe with our ozone . Also we provide you a smart Robot if anytime want to clean the pool. Pool is made specific to not need to be cleaned by human and also the robot doesnt need to do too much because the shape of the pool and the height helps the pool to be cleaned always and without robot. We give you the robot just in case. In case the pool will need to be cleaned by us we will be very happy to do it anytime! Many Guests has said to us that they like to close the night the pool lights and the fence lights. We are able to swich remote On-Off the lights and you will have the opportunity to see the stars very clear! We Can share with you the smart app for the lights and to manage them by yourself if you like with pressing 1 button from your phone!
Heated Pool (Daytime & Nighttime)
We can heat more than 25-28 Celsius degrees (Most heated Pools ) to make the difference. Every 1 degree Celsius has big difference. From April 2023 we have double our heating energy and from now we can heat and for the Winter Months! Usually you need a system 30 KVA heating power for 60 Tons of water with outside temperatures 15 celcious and the heating system can go any temperature we want . What we have? we Have 70 tons of water and 75 KVA heating power! That means... We heat faster and all months!!Heated Pool can't work with less than 15 celcious of outside temperatures.

Spa Hot Tub for 5 persons
From Wellis Spa with Ozone Therapy while doing Hydro Massage and with Colour Therapy at night, plus a sound system. Spa is Working With Ozone generator and chlorine. We can do it by salt only by special requests. We use Extra heating system Inverter 10KVA instated of 2-3KVAs that all the SPAs are using. Why? Because we want to make it Faster the heating temperature (4x+ Faster).
Jacuzzi for 4 persons
A circled Jacuzzi with 16 jets for hydro masaz is available with the same temperature of the pool with amazing views of the gorge. If you choose 28 Celcious for the Pool Jacuzzi will have 28 aswell. If you choose 32 Celcious at the pool, Jacuzzi will have 32.
Sauna for 4 persons
Usually needs 1 Hour to reach the maximum temperature and after that you can enter with maximum stay 15 mins to receive the maximum wellness. After the next Group can enter .

We have a Sofa that is 2.5m x 2.4m and can sleep also 2 persons via the special bed it has, we have also one more sofa 110x190 that can sleep 1 more person and we have one armchair to relax more.

First Bedroom ( It has Balcony ) is at the same level with kitchen and living room and it has better view than the other bedrooms, it has one Double bed with mattres 160x200 and one bunk bed with 2 matress 80x190. From the same level we have 3 Staircases.
From left side you can go down to two more bedrooms, from the right side you can go down to two more bedrooms, and from the middle side you go out to the Pool.

Second Bedroom ( White Colours in the wall and a beautiful handmade arch 200 hundred years old) , it has one bed with matress 170x200, one 65" TV and Closet with mirrors. Opossite from this Bedroom is the
Third Bedroom ( Black & White Colours with stone walls with view to the yard and the pool ), Bed with matress 160x200, TV 43" , and closet 120x250 with mirrors. At the level of kitchen and living room from the right side we have the 2nd staircase and from there you go down to two more bedrooms.
Fourth Bedroom ( Stone Walls , Big height, Huge Arch, Huge bed, Fast access to the pool and Grass Area) One bed with matress 200x200,One Sofa bed for 2 kids Only and at the same bedroom we have a hidden bedroom ,
Fifth Bedroom that has 1 bunk bed with 2 matress 80x200 with 2 TVs 43" Especially for PS5, This bedroom can have also directly acess to the grass and the pool and you can go out without entering to the fourth bedroom, Also if you want to go to the fifth bedroom without entering to fourth bedroom , you can use the middle stair case in the level at kitchen and living room that we use this staircase to go out to the pool area and etc.

Bathroom 4 ( Wood Colours ) it has Toilet, Washbasin,and bidet faucet. Can be used for people that is outside in the pool or the grass area and also for the 4th or 5th bedroom that is near.
Also we have one Shower with Cold and Hot Water next to the Pool.

We have the washing machine for the clothes, one gas Grill from Broil King and wood oven Handmade from us, for your special tastes at nights, at this level We have one table for 10 Persons down from the Balcony and you can remove the cap of the table and to be transformed to billiard table - Garlando Virginia 6. Garden space at Level 1 (Pool Level) is 100 square meters and you can relax for many hours in the sunbeds and the hammock.
We have a fridge more than 300 Liters capacity, for outside use to be more comfortable to drink cold drinks when you will be in the outside space.
After the garden and between the pool area we have one shower with cold and heat water before to enter to the 100 square meter pool area. Our pool has a design that we saw it in the TV show King Pools, and we decided to do something similar with ozone system. Pool distance is almost 3 meters x 18 meters, pool hot tub is a circle of diameter of 2 meters with 6 persons for spa and 4 from the 6 can have massage.
Level 2
We have One table for 16 Persons, also we offers an outside home cinema with 5.5 meters projector Screen for enjoying movies next to the nature, Ping Pong Table, Football Table, Toys for kids ( teeter, slide, mini table, one bike) and 20 square meter Chess with up to 80cm chess birds, and 6 square meters Huge Monopoly.
If you have birthday, nameday, or other feast we will be very happy to organize something special.
Guest Access:
All the property is for you and we have the correct size of fences to remain private. Also we have 2 private parking spaces for 3-4 cars.
For your maximum privacy we use a lawn robot. So we don't need to come to the property often to do maintenance. If we need to come (e.g. if the robot gets stuck) we will inform you in advance (if we don't receive a response it will be considered ok)
Getting Around:
Famous beach of Balos, Elafonisi & Falassarna is near to the property 30-60 mins. Airport is also 60 mins away, the nearest beach is 10 mins away.
