“The property is pleasant to the eye at first glance but the front desk could really use improvement with their communication. For example, after signing the check in acknowledgment (pretty standard and the expedia fees were in order), I was visited by the front desk in my room where I was told there would be an additional per day package rate of 1500 shillings x the total number of days we planed to stay. I explained that it was improper to arbitrarily up charge without ever having mentioned it……

“Always a pleasant stay. Staff is super welcoming.”

“Annoda's Homes is a quiet getaway in Milimani, Kisumu. The host was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was full of creative surprises once she realized my appetite for healthy variety. This family property is well managed and full of pleasant spaces within the yard for small meetings and just quiet time. It is a place I would certainly return to.”
