“This is the hotel I usually stay at staff is always helpful always welcome me. They are always friendly. Rooms are always clean neat in order while taking care of”

“The Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean but the bed was old and uncomfortable, they put two mattress covers( just get new beds)the air conditioning was in the other room by the kitchen and it was hard to feel the air in the bedroom. I had to buy a small fan. The toilet got clogged up (2x)and almost overflowed, the floor felt like you were gonna fall thu next to the tub and the TV was so small like a 32 in. for the bedroom and the living room that was a mess (get bigger TV maybe……

“The room seemed clean but smelled of horrible old cigars and smoke. Very odd people were in and out and on the 4th floor as we were checking out our room, a woman was screaming at the top of her lungs until they were muffled and the screams went silent. This was VERY disturbing and was the final straw. We checked out immediately! The front desk gentleman was pleasant. On our way out. I asked him to do a wellness check.”

“The first room we stayed at was filthy covered with other women's hair in the shower. The shower amenities were disgusting and empty. The room had this off smell. There were ants and the lights did not work in the bathroom. The key cards did not work for the outside door so you had to walk around the whole entire building every time. The cops were continuously disrupting. The breakfast never had any breakfast in it only warm milk and cereal. The toaster did not work the ice machine did not work……

“I don't know where to start when I checked in there was a junkie in zombie mode in the lobby the hotel room was clean but very poorly maintained the TV was leaning on the table the drawers had trash in them the microwave had old food in it there was no toilet paper no batteries in the remote or a back for it the bathroom shower was nasty didn't use it the bathroom door looked like van damn kicked it in the best were clean but no blankets just a sheet all in all a bad experience would not stay……
