HGTV Quality property
We absolutely loved this property. It's only a few blocks from the beach but we preferred to drive over due to the main road being 2 blocks away. But it was so quiet and peaceful. Even when we were outside in the hot tub, we both kept commenting how quiet it was. The property itself was gorgeous. It felt like a flip or reno from an HGTV show. Everything was up to date, stylish and the bed was super comfy. Simply can't say enough good things about this property.

Very clean charmingly decorated. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and it was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. Communication was excellent and I love that they send a list of recommendations of restaurants and things to do.

Kitty Hawk Getaway Stay
Our hosts were wonderfully attentive. It is a charming, comfortable and cozy, little apartment. It is perfect for a short getaway stay on the Outer Banks. The natural beauty of OBX is breathtaking and this little out of the way apartment offers a chance to experience that. It is central to everything. We'll be back!

Great place for romantic getaway!
Husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The place is well decorated and amenities provided were just what we needed. Restaurants, stores, and the beach are close by or just a ten minute drive away. Host made check in and out easy with detailed instructions. We felt very welcomed in their home. Comfortable. Roomy. Clean. Lovely! The projector was such an awesome amenity, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. Thank you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is 3 blocks from the beach, with a very busy, 5 lane highway/street to cross. We walked a few times but the car made for less stressful access.

RT & Grace were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Even helping to remedy a small issue with exceptional speed. I particularly appreciated the online guidebook they provided outlining where everything is in the area and wonderful eating selections. The apartment itself is adorable and perfect for a quick getaway. Walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to everything you will need. And on those stormy nights, that enormous projector in the bedroom was like snuggling at the best (dry) drive-in movie theatre!

Great home, great location!
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable apartment with an awesome location- tucked back just enough from the main road to be quiet while still incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants. Check in and check out was super easy, and our host was so kind and quick to communicate. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this property!

Great stay!
This was our first visit to the Outer Banks area. Staying at this clean comfortable beautifully decorated suite was delightful. Super comfortable bed, projector TV in bedroom, beautiful kitchen, living room with tv and spacious bathroom with large shower. One suggestion, which does not take away from the great experience but could be helpful ... add a couple towel bars in the bathroom and a small shelf or cabinet to set toiletries on, There is no place to set any of your bathroom items or way to do things like dry and curl hair or do makeup, etc. Overall a great experience and a place I'd love to stay at again. I hear these owners have other places as well....would be worth checking out.

We had an amazing few days staying in this wonderful property!! Artim was an amazing host, quick to text/e-mail when we booked, on the day of check in and Artim even sent a digital recommendation of places to go in the area!! The condo was clean, the linens were high quality, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great shampoo/conditioner /body wash, the mini kitchenette with full fridge was perfect for a long weekend getaway… I loved the decor as well.., very tasteful beach style. It has a projector for movie night. Everything was perfect… Just remember to bring your own beach towels! I’ll definitely book here again!

Beautiful Accommodations with Easy Beach Access
My husband and I had a tremendous long weekend in the OBX thanks to Artim! The space was artfully decorated and impeccably clean. We loved using the projector to watch movies later on in the evening after a long beach day. Artim was prompt about responding throughout our stay and helped us figure out how to use an induction burner (which we had never used before!). Fantastic host and accommodations. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back for another stay!

Quiet Getaway Spot

Perfect beach getaway
Perfect for a couple looking for a location close to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean, perfect size, would stay again easily! The only tiny suggestion- that does not detract from a 5 star rating at all- is that it might be good to install another towel bar or two in the bathroom. With 2 people staying, plus beachwear that needs to be dried, that would have been an added bonus.

Cozy spot right across from the beach
My girlfriend and I stayed at this lovely apartment, and it was the perfect place for a two-person getaway. The apartment has everything you need, and there’s even a ton of beach gear available for guests. The beach is right across the street, and it’s a short drive to a bunch of great spots in Kitty Hawk and to the beautiful dunes at Jockey’s Ridge. The place was spotless when we arrived and Artim, the host, was extremely responsive and courteous. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay at an apartment in obx!!

This property is very clean and nicely decorated. The owner Artim was easy to reach and answered any questions we had. Normally after a vacation I’m ready to get back to my bed but this was the first time I didn’t miss my own bed. In fact we inquired to Artim about what type of mattress and pillows on the bed because they were incredibly comfortable and we are considering purchasing the same ones. Everything is exactly as stated and the place looks just like the pics. Oh yeah the projector with the 100” projection on the wall in the bedroom was a nice bonus. The only thing that would make this property better is if it had a washer and dryer as there is no place to wash wet sandy clothes from the beach. Other than that I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and if we visit the Outer Banks again we will definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Artim for this beautiful, cozy, place!

I actually stayed at another location due to changes in my guest number. The host quickly updated my arrangements to the 2 bedroom unit. The pictures were exactly on point and everything was provided as stated. Though there wasn’t much to do in the area during the spring, my boyfriend and I still enjoyed our comfortable stay and the easy accessibility to some good restaurants. The host gave clear instructions and was very quick with responses. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking to visit to stay here!
