The main pool area has been overcrowded. The slippers dropped by people everywhere and anywhere around the pool.
Check in time starts 15:00 and everyone had to queue to get into hotel. Blocking the entrance for other people.
I booked two rooms for my family. And my friend’s family one room. We have asked for rooms to be on the same floor next to each other it was not accommodated……
