“Very clean, good facilities provided in the apartment.”

“It was exactly what we needed, for a quick stay before leaving.”

“Fully equipped apartment. Great choice in Zurich.”

“My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.”

“The apartment is very comfortable with everything needed for a good stay. It is like living in the neighborhood. Really neat place and excellent service by the host. Also household essentials are there and it is very well equipped.”

“Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned……

“One bus stop to train station/airport, walking distance to groceries and great Chinese takeout. Very comfortable for family. Clean and spacious. Highly recommend.”

“A lot of ants in the room”
