Natasha at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We are an elderly couple unfamiliar with Knoxville and concerned about safety. She explained the layout of the city neighborhood, gave ideas on where to eat, and helped us with parking ideas. She makes an excellent impression.
At check in we were told the bar would stay open until 1am. The bartender closed down at 1130 and was rude about it. When the ball dropped there were about 25 people in the bar with no drinks to celebrate
The staff were amazing at the front desk. The housekeepers were always working. The refrigerator is small and doesn’t hold much. Very quiet. Gym has decent equipment.
This place was so perfect to stay at if you want to be right there in the walkable downtown area. The stay was awesome! Very cool and very nice up to date rooms and shower! We will stay again!
