"I have a mold allergy and could smell mold in this hotel. I ended up sleeping with the windows open and was ok but it was an unpleasant experience. I have to say though, the staff were so helpful! Our room was on the ground floor and smelled musty so we asked to be moved to a higher floor and got moved immediately. The room on the 4th floor was better but still not completely smell free. While we couldn’t see the mold, we could smell it. The staff were lovely and everything else at the hotel was...

"The room was pretty decent, showers and almost no pressure tho so hard to take a shower but other than that ok. Stayed for 4 days wasn’t greeted once the staff just looked at me angry and didn’t feel welcome at all, with exception of the lady with her daughter she was nice. Breakfast was ok, bread was old hand hard like rock but there was some other options like yogurt"

"I have a mold allergy and could smell mold in this hotel. I ended up sleeping with the windows open and was ok but it was an unpleasant experience. I have to say though, the staff were so helpful! Our room was on the ground floor and smelled musty so we asked to be moved to a higher floor and got moved immediately. The room on the 4th floor was better but still not completely smell free. While we couldn’t see the mold, we could smell it. The staff were lovely and everything else at the hotel was fine. It was tricky to get to by public transportation from the airport, but we managed."

"We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel."
