“Overall, the apartment was a nice stay. Close to amenities, restaurants, and attractions. The space was clean and comfortable, however, the cleaning service used in advance of our arrival needs to be better. There was a bag of trash left on the kitchen counter that hadn't been taken out, medication left in the night stand of the kids room, and no towels or sheets were provided at check in. The owner brought clean towels and bedding for us the next day.”

“Good apartment to explore Billund and the surroundings. 10 minutes walking distance to Lego house and 20 minutes to Legoland (this might be challenging if you are traveling with todlers).”

“Our flight arrived after 3 pm and we drove to the location only to learn they can’t even open the door for you past 3pm. Then we could not reach anyone. No one responded. We were just left stranded. Horrible situation. We had to find and pay for another hotel hosting us great stress and money. ”
