“The hotel didn't give me the room with a balcony that I ordered, but what was even worse is that there is no restaurant anywhere nearby and there wasn't a bar either. I was stuck eating instant noodles during my stay there. Did I mention there were rats in the area I was cooking these noodles? Naturally, the room I was in didn't have hot water and while they offered to open up a room just for me to shower in, when I got back from my walk, the hotel was completely deserted. It was very overpriced...

“Had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend at Golden Sun. Everything from the welcoming doorman to the friendly front desk got things off on the right footing. They even provided a single rose for International Women's Day. The room is clean with excellent lighting. Love the small balcony with doors that open up so we could get some of that fresh Mang Den mountain air. The amenities are some of the best. Kudos on the quality toothbrush and the toothpaste which is severely lacking at most...

“The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Positives: 24hr check in Location was safe and quite Decent aircon Negatives: -Out of 11 lights only 2 worked - balcony was full of cigarettes - bed was hard - house keeping came at 8am they would knock repeatedly (without stopping) to wake you up. So never got a good sleep as would have to wake up to tell them no. House keeping should be from 11am onwards - didn’t have a don’t not disturb signs - hotel stunk of cigarettes - Ants were everywhere...

Petit déjeuner buffet 2 journées sur 10\. Nourriture insipide, pas fraîche et pas bonne. Personnel du service au déjeuner vraiment médiocre, ne sont pas intéressées à leurs tâches et encore moins aux clients, personnel non compétant, non professionnel.
