“Clean and spacious rooms. Well located a few minutes walk to tram stop”

“Super”

“客房乾淨整潔，櫃檯人員和藹親切”

“地點方便，客房很乾淨，服務友善，尤其是早餐非常棒！”

“Not impressed with this very over priced hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The light wall socket was loose exposing live wires. The shampoo I’m convinced had been watered down. Not worth the money.”

“Convenient location and good staff service.”

“Really nice property staff was really friendly and helpful! The gym was great! If you have big luggage’s just be prepared to walk on not the most even ground from the train.”

“The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. “酒店周圍有食店, 觀光點, 購物商場, 地鐵站就在旁邊, 非常方便。房間寬敞舒適, 有水壺可以泡茶或咖啡。早餐食品種類很豐富, 服務人員笑容滿臉, 樂於幫助, 這是讓我多次入住的原因。 如果硬要找不好的地方, 唯一可說的是淋浴的花灑不夠力而已, 但不算什麼問題。”

“No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite……

“Staff and accommodations were top notch and very nice! 👍”
