“Very nice place! You can feel like you are staying at home ;-) More convenient than regular hotel.”

“The downstairs restaurant causes some disturbance in the evening. So if you want a quiet evening, ask for a top floor room”

“We arrived late in the evening 11pm - reception was closed. So our uber dropped us at the front entrance but unfortunately we didn’t realise. We followed maps to the back entrance which was across the carpark. We were issued with a key code to enter the locked courtyard at the front but was unaware that we were at the front until the morning. The key code issued was access to our room which is a great idea once we realised this. The hotel was a perfect location. Very clean & modern. The……

“The apartment is in a poor state of repair. The sofa is uncomfortable, there is a broken mirror, the bathroom has an unpleasant smell from the drains and the toilet seat is very loose. The bedroom needs a curtain for the balcony window as there is no way to block the light. The apartment is very noisy as you can hear everything from the neighboring apartments”

“The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded. I called the owner, and to be fair, all the issues were fixed the next day. The apartment is quite noisy — you can hear everything the neighbors are saying from the kitchen. During……

“Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber, sehr gute Frühstück und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe.”

“Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on……

“This was my 3rd stay in this apartment, I had to call them to get the check-in codes, the TV didnt work, I complained immediately but only after I reminded them, I received response on the LAST day… not good. But apartment is very good, and the location 2 minutes from Manufaktura is perfect. Plenty of free parking lots 2 minutes from apartment, and several high speed chargers for EV, also at Manufaktura. I will for sure book again.”
