“The hotel is a little dated looking but has a spacious carpark. Exceptionally helpful staff and a very decent breakfast. Room was clean with a good shower. Very well placed for travel into Ypres and beyond and was ideal for our trip.”

“Rooms are small but comfortable. The desk reminded me of a dorm room but we had a double bed and a private bath. There is a lift. On the days we were there, the air conditioning was not functioning. I would have liked a mini fridge but the room didn't have one.
The hotel name is confusing. This hotel is part of a chain called B & B Hotels but the hotel itself is not actually a Bed & Breakfast. It's just an ordinary hotel. I was told breakfast is available for an extra fee but we ate somewhere……

“The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. ”

Dès l'arrivée, lavabo bouché signalé à 14h à l'accueil, sans intervention. À 18h, nouveau signalement : une fuite d'eau au plafond de la réception était visible (seaux et serviettes au sol). L'agent, seul en poste, dit ne pas pouvoir intervenir immédiatement mais promet de régler le problème. À notre retour à 2h du matin, le lavabo était toujours bouché.
