“Gesamteindruck war sehr gut, aber es gab Startschwierigkeiten... bei Ankunft am Anreiestag standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen ( es war 18:00 Uhr ) obwohl Check In bis 22 Uhr möglich ist. Ohne vorheriger Bekanntgabe war der Check in nur bis 17 Uhr möglich. Nach einen Telefonat bekamen wir den Safe Code für die Zimmerkarte. Es wäre sehr nett gewesen vorab die Info zu erhalten, das der Check In nur bis 17 Uhr möglich ist bzw. eine Mail bzgl des Safe Codes um selbsz einchecken zu können.”

“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10\. Maybe closer to 6\. “What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. “Das Hotel war sehr schön und ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Da es im Zimmer keinen Wasserkocher gab, war man für warme Getränke auf das Restaurant angewiesen, die dort kostenpflichtig sind. Dabei hatte ich persönlich den Eindruck, dass der Umgang des Barista nicht immer besonders freundlich war.”
