The spacious and bright apartment has an open-plan living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV. On the same upper floor, there is one double bedroom with two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, and a shower, along with access to a balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. On the second upper floor, there is another double bedroom with two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), a separate WC, and a bath/shower, with access to a terrace.
