Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Service was slow. As I checked in people were coming down complaining about not recieving services they requested. They overbooked so they couldn’t give me the room I asked for. They didn’t even give me an upgrade due to this issue. I stayed in the 3000 BLDG and there were ant fly things crawling all around my room. I took the service desk, they sent someone with a rag. He killed the ants he saw then left. I explained how they’re still living in here etc they’re going to come back they did nothing. The only reason I stayed was because I was on vacay and didn’t want to spend my free time yelling, trying to find a new place, and moving to another hotel. Besides everything about the hotel being horrible, the hotels in a great spot. Especially if you want to try a happy smoothie:)

Relax environment, facilities are great pools gym and gardens, room service is also great. Beautiful and delicious breakfast. Day time reception staff definitely needs training unfortunately we never felt welcome. Hotel location is awesome.

This resort was amazing staff were friendly, the relaxed atmosphere they have created made my stay perfect. The resort is right on the beach and close to markets and Greg restaurants.

Presents good value in Ao Nang and the staff were excellent when called upon. We were a bit frustrated that our twin room was one bed and a short fold out sofa. The offer to switch to an actual twin room never materialized. The air con shut off twice and needed repair, while calling the help desk "0" never did get a response regardless of time of day. The choice of pools was nice - family friendly or quiet. My complaint about the beach was is only because of the very stinky outflow immediately south of the property. Didn't really make us want to swim there, nor even walk at that end of the beach. Lots of dining choices nearby, although we found the quality of dining better at the South end of Ao Nang.
