Ideal house for getting together with family, enjoy the superb sea and hill views, large living rooms and the renovated swimming pool area.
Very well equipped for teleworking or business seminars

Large open kitchen for cooking together, dining room, fireplace area and living room with TV area are all convivial places to get together or isolate yourself. Enjoy the terraces for lunch or enjoy the panoramic view of the hills and sea views.
7 bedrooms including 3 air-conditioned and 3 bathrooms.

Upstairs, the old materials, wooden doors, parquet floors, mosaics, add a lot of charm.
- a master suite with bathroom, terrace from which you will have a beautiful view of the sea and hills
- 2 bedrooms with private terraces with sea and hill views plus a bathroom.

In the garden planted with Mediterranean plants you will appreciate the calm and serenity. You can also isolate yourself to read, enjoy the song of the cicadas and the large garden.
