“If you are planning to visit with kids ask not to be on the 4th floor They have a roof top bar and we did not sleep much, the staff was helpful the next day. Food was great at the Resturant”

“The room was clean but since they’re remodeling it had tons of issues like the water in the shower didn’t went through, the tables were poorly mounted and placed so they fell off and kinda felt insecure. The air conditioning worked but the main problem is the energy source at location - is poor and sometimes it rebooted and was either Hot or too cold. Staff was comprehensive and excited about their renewals”

“Small hotel. Reserve same day. When we arrived 15min pass checking time there was only one person in charge. He went to get someone to get the keys. room was not clean so We waited around an hour total, We wanted to enjoy the beach before sunset but room wasn’t available to change. Eventually we just left to the beach which was walking distance for a bit, missed more than an hour waiting for room. It was disappointing since beach was the reason driving there. Amenities say free breakfast but NO,……

“en hotel que no ofrece lo que dice, es la primera mala experiencia que tengo con hoteles.com. el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado ni personal de administración, solo una personal de jardinería que es el que daba las llaves, la piscina del hotel era una piscina que se rellena y dicen que tenían otra en un anexo. por el precio que ofrecían y las fotos pensé que era algo bueno no un chiquero.”

“La piscina y la habitación muy bien, pero en el baño no hay jabón ni toalla para secarse las manos. El staff se mantiene en una habitación y hay que estarlos buscando para cualquier atención. Los controles de la TV no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, hay que solicitarlo. Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero el servicio debe mejorar. Solo hay una persona que hace la limpieza, me parece genial que le den la oportunidad a una persona con capacidades especiales, él si……
