Terrible service and not a great hotel

This hotel has terrible service. The guy who checked us in didn't bother to check our name on the reservation, even though we gave him a print out of our booking and passports. He assumed it was under my husband name and worse, chose a completely wrong person with similar name to my husband and thought it was our reservation. After he assigned the wrong apartment (we booked the hotel, not the Resident Inn with the same name but looks terrible from the outside) for the wrong reservation, we came back into the hotel and tried to tell him that was not what we booked, he still didn't believe me and then he showed me the name on the reservation and I was appalled that he just assumed the name was my husband and never once bothered to look at my correct reservation, which was under my name. The hotel is pretty rundown for the price it charges. The shower head did not work so the next day we had to change room. The same guy said by the end of the evening our bags would be moved and our new room would be ready. We came back after 7pm and a different guy at the front desk told us nothing was done and that he has to start processing the move. He then apologized for the lack of service and then said he would send us a fruit basket. I didn't expect anything, and sure enough, the basket never arrived either. I'd never stay here again. It is very far from everything.

Overall very good, roomservice was very slow

Big hotel with few gasts this time of the year. Nice views in the neighberhood. Good restaurants, Italian and Indian were very good. WiFi very poor, roomservice very slow.

At the beginning they gave us a bad room next to construction site. Was not not good at all. Then after a small dispute, they agreed to change the room. If the reception desk gets a taxi then they arrange with a taxi company that is owned by the hotel manager and charge three times what the market fare is. The staff personnel in general were very good, friendly, and helpful; but not the upper management.

Not five star I think not. Rooms need major updating from furniture to flooring. Food nit that nice.

Not as good as it thinks it is

Very disappointed with the breakfast and with levels of service. I asked to take some milk from breakfast back to my room so I could enjoy tea/coffee with milk. I was told "No", just "No". I asked to speak to the manager who gave me a tiny amount in a plastic cup. The breakfast spread was not impressive and the fruit pretty dingy. The gym facilities were good and the room bright and clean with lovely views of the bay.

Premium hotel in Tunisia Staff very please y Amenities first level. Will come back next time. Well priced. High level of security The place to be for people looking for safety in a suite and nice place.
