“This was such a pleasant and personalized experience. We asked to shift to a different room that had a comfy chair we liked and without hesitation it was done. Two bottles of wine were left for us to choose from so we didn’t have to go find a wine store if we wanted some in our room. We were checked on regularly but not too frequently. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which was flawless. And the breakfast was a delightful Ecuadorian experience every morning.
