“The kids first time at the ocean was very memorable along with the accomodations.”

“The pool and the air conditioning worked very well and the highlight of the property. The space suited our needs. But beyond that the house was in great need of repair! Black mildew/mold in the bathrooms, gas leak from the stove, leaking kitchen sink, landscaping needed attention. Fallen tree on fencing, broken boards. The living space above the garage was unusuable due to odor, cockroaches and broken flooring. The property has potential but has not been well maintained.”
