“Les 4 étoiles sont méritées pour l’extérieur où le cadre est exceptionnel. L’intérieur des logements n’est pas un 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très sympa Bémol : les cartes d’accès n’ont pas fonctionnées par 3 fois le petit déjeuner mériterait plus de fruits du vrai jus d’orange. Un peu plus de discipline à la piscine faire respecter les règles aux enfants bruyants qui sautent en permanence alors que c’est interdit. Le séjour y a été agréable ”

“Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden und notwendig, weil es im Zimmer sehr schnell stickig wurde. Was mir gefehlt hat, war ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Es besteht so keine Möglichkeit Getränke kaltzustellen. Auch eine Sitzgelegenheit (abgesehen vom Bett) finde ich immer schön. War hier aber nicht vorhanden. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, die sehr schön ist. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück war überschaubar, aber okay. Check-in etc. läuft komplett per WhatsApp.……

“排場做的很好 細節不到位 裝修很美 在山裡 但是房間的床品很差 頂多三星水平 床墊 床單 枕頭 根本不是高檔貨 睡的不說服 景色不錯 可是周圍除了hiking路線沒什麼景點 看一天山景也就無聊了 spa很漂亮 可惜有小孩的只能9-10點 2-3點兩個時間段去 所以池裡擠滿了家庭 簡直就是covid溫床 餐廳不好吃 服務員都是附近村民沒經過服務訓練的樣子。 其他設施還是不錯的 給四星 除了以上這些問題 不自駕的話坐巴士到esclat超市下來打電話給酒店訂taxi 大概14歐左右8分鐘內 反正這邊taxi很貴”

“Habitación extremamente limpia y con buenas decoraciónes. El desayuno muy rico y delicioso con mucha variedad de comida. La spa preciosa y adecuada por el precio muy barato.”

“This place is such a gem. The staff are wonderful and very responsive. We had several small requests during our five day stay and were accommodated immediately. This is our third stay, and we will be back! The rooms are simple but clean. The pool is great. It would be nice if it were open a bit later; given how busy the area is at night, it wouldn’t cause much noise. Perhaps adults only until 10 pm? Special thanks to the breakfast staff who do a wonderful job. The breakfast is a fantastic deal……

“Use spa , extra 20 euro for sauna and jacuzzi, extra 10 euro for inside swimming pool . But, they were not mentioned in hotels.com. View is beautiful , but bathrooms is very old , bathtub is looks dirty .”

“Average stay with dishonest staff. We booked a double room (1 double bed for 2 people), but were given a twin room (2 single beds for 2 people) instead. When we raised this with staff, they said the hotel only had twin rooms, but we then noticed that one of the rooms being cleaned was a double room! Two other things that were quite bad: (1) the swimming pool is very small and has very few seats next to it, and (2) the vending machine will take your money and won’t give you what you paid for”

“Hotel was immaculately clean. Would not recommend value for money. Absolutely everything is extra and rediculously extra. The staff appear to be trying too hard yet not nailing the quality of service that reflects what you are paying for. Rooms are not sound proof. We were in room 232B. Could hear the people next door use the toilet!!!!! Safe and fridge in room did not work and even asking several times for them to be repaired nothing was done Travel the extra mile and go to Montenegro to see……
