Facing the port of La Trinité, 200m from the shops and 900m from the Port Beach, 2-room apartment carefully decorated, for 4 people (approx. 31m²) located in the residence ETOILE DE L'OCEAN (3rd floor - elevator-, door 7):
REDEVELOPMENT WORKS OF THE COMPAGNIE DES PORTS BELOW THE RESIDENCE, ON THE PORT SIDE, PLANNED UNTIL SPRING 2026 (NOT IN JULY-AUGUST)
- Direct entry into the living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, stereo, armchairs, double sofa-bed : cover), opening onto a small South-East facing balcony and overlooking the port of La Trinité
- Equipped kitchen area (2-ring induction hob, combined microwave oven , refrigerator, dishwasher)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140, cover) and TV
- Shower room with washing machine
