"Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first ..."

"No security! Expect aimless wannabe social media stars from other hotels clogging up the lifts and wondering aimlessly around your corridors whilst burying their heads into their phones. Could be a fantastic hotel but it feels unsafe. Also needs repainting and the housekeeping was poor, not allowing ..."

"Friendly staff but facilities are a bit old and deteriorating. Most important thing is there was only one time of changing of beddings and towels no matter how long you staff there for unless you pay. In addition, having a washing machine in the apartment is a good idea for those long stay."
