“這次4天的住宿體驗十分差，一入房間發現多隻烏蠅及蚊子，而且房間空調長期處於27度，電視不能開，燈也是壞的。多次到前台給服務人員查詢，他們不是說沒有人可以處理，就是說天氣太熱房間太大沒冷氣是正常的（但同行團隊都是涼快的），我們熱得每晚也是開自己的小風扇才能勉強入睡。由於房間燈是壞的，入黑後房間都十分陰暗，整個人都不太舒服。我們嘗試提出換房間的要求，但經理David 總是說full house不能換，但到第二天早上八點另一員工爽快地給我們換了一間同層，但可惜房內情況是一樣的！”

“When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from……

“Wonderful hotel in one of the castle wings. Room was large, but the bathroom was small and has a bathtub with shower, it’s OK, but not more. In the castle cellar is the Czech National Wine Centre, where they have over 160 wines from the Czech Republic, and you can buy s ticket for 2 hours and taste as many as you want, each wine has a large fold-up with data and a QR code so you can read in other languages. Valtice is a very nice little town, there are many wine-bars and restaurants, well worth……
