“All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Helping us arrange all transportation, helping with our bags, recommending excellent places to go. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. The pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and such large portions. This was a 5 star experience and we will only stay at villa ephesus in Kusadasi. The owners are the best.”
“My second time to stay in this hotel since 2021. I like the proximity to everything , e.g. Pigeon Island, old town, seafood restaurants , waterfront as well as the viewpoint for sunset. Highly recommended!!”
“The hosts of the property were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The location was excellent and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. If driving, be aware that the streets are very small and sometimes difficult to navigate. However, that aside, it was a very pleasant stay and I will visit again if I return to Kusadasi.”
“The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, modern, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end for us.
The food and drinks are very overpriced for what you receive, and the level of hospitality from the staff was disappointing. We experienced very few smiles or greetings, and at times it felt as though we were overlooked simply because we weren’t Turkish. Unfortunately, this was the least welcoming staff we have encountered during our travels in……

“We had a lovely 3 nights in ALTAMARE which has recently been renovated. The room bathroom could’ve been cleaner and the bed was hard but reception staff brought up a duvet which helped. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we had a whole day at the pool with barely anyone there!!!! The bar needs to stock up on drinks as there were no cider or Prosecco which was disappointing so I drunk Baileys which made up for it. I’d definitely stay again for a night or 2 but probably no longer!!!”
“Bit of an oddity this place - it has a small pool but you can't use the hotel's towels in it. i.e you have to bring or buy your own which I have never before come across. It also says 'direct access to private beach' but it is not their private beach it's an independent one across the street and is quite expensive at 1000 lira. It's a bit like saying you have access to a Rolls-Royce, which you do, if you want to pay for it.
With regard to the rooms, the suites are excellent and probably worth……
