This is an older hotel. But it was great for our dog. We did only sleep there and have breakfast. Closest hotel that was pet friendly, 45 minutes from our destination. Spent two nights.

Room was not well-maintained. Cigarette burn in the sheets, multiple holes in the walls with Kleenex stuffed inside. Dirty walls. Shower head was extremely dirty; I didn’t even shower because of it. The curtains were filthy and nearly falling down. The walls were very thin and we could hear every conversation/tv next door.

All doors were unlocked so at all doors anyone could get into the building. Outside all the trash containers were overflowing and then trash was started piling onto the ground, cigarette butts all over the grounds, and not much of breakfast and nothing ever restocked or no tongs to pick up items everyone was using their hands when dring containers eere empty never refilled. We had a dog i would tell the housekeepers i would have the dog outside so they could clean our room but they never did poor house keepers .

Facility is what you pay for prices were very low that was nice we stayed a week.. cause price was low. Not much for breakfast no tongs to remove food you just used your hands. When items we empty no refills. Did not offer throughout the day or evening no coffee pots in the rooms. We had a dog thank you for allowing pets...i took the dog outside said to the housekeeping staff they could do our room while i had the dog out they i think could not understand english so room was not cleaned. Only 1 time did they leave clean towels in a bag tied to the door other times i had to go ask for them. Trash outside everywhere containers overflowing and cigarettes butts everywhere nasty looking. Side doors all unlocked so anyone can come into the building.

Check in was excellent. We checked in about 5:30 pm. The girl at the desk was more interested in completing her crossword. Something was missing off the wall in the room, as well as one of the two closet doors. The floor had not been vacuumed. The a/c needed charged. The iron and hair dryer were missing. Paint splatters of colors not in the room were on the curtains. The free breakfast consisted of toast, mini cinn rolls, dry cereal or yogurt, one air pot of coffee, or apple juice and granola bars. To get there, you must drive through another hotels parking lot.

The front desk staff was as helpful as he (Jeremy) could be. That was the only good part. The entire property appeared to be in need of repairs. The door to the room was missing the lining between door and frame - corridor light and noise came into the room all day and night. The room was dirty. Chairs had torn upholstery. One side table had a broken leg. Food crumbs littered the nooks and corners. The bathroom had broken fixtures. The towels provided had tears in them - completely worn out and needs replacement. I killed at least one cockroach in the room. The fitness area does not appear to have been cleaned in ages. The reception area has a heavy tobacco smell hanging in the air.

The overall appearance was run down. Reeked of cigarettes, the towels smelled very unfresh. The door key card needed to be recoded every day. The walls had unmatched paint patches. The floor in the bathroom was cracked. The place looked unfinished and had very inconvenient room layout.
