"Easy access to commuter rail and shopping centre/ grocery shop very close by. Staff were lovely and helpful and the room was big and clean with heated floors in the bathroom and a nice modern TV. Window overlooked planes at Bromma airport without being loud. Would stay again "

The staffs are helpful ,particlary Josophine is amazing front desk agent where she is very attententive to our family needs and also goes extra mile to mKe stya our stay comfortable and smooth. "A very comfortable hotel, much larger than it appears from the outside. The room was excellent (our only complaint concerns the erratic bedside lamps whose shades had to be balanced to perfection in order to work at all). The staff was very helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had all you might require. We had a room at the back, looking at a rock face and distant resident buildings - very quiet at night. Thanks to 'TvÀrbanan', the tram line that circles the outskirts of Stockholm, which halts less than 200 metres away and connects with a lot of commuter trains, airport buses, and underground lines, the communications are brilliant."

"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotelâs restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best.
The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If youâre traveling via Uber, itâs fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead.
If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas!
