Booked a king room with balcony. The "balcony" implies it is not a 1st floor room. Also put in extra note in Expedia booking to NOT have a room on the 1st floor. Called early on day of check-in and was told we have a room on 2nd floor no problem. GUESS WHAT, we did not get what we paid for. Given a 1st floor room with a CRACKED front window. Complained. Front desk staff didn't seem to care. Won't book here again. Beware that they do NOT honor what you book.
