Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. New property was extremely nice. The front desk help was amazing in making the change. Very nice property however the general upkeep and monitoring of these issues could have been prevented with a little bit of care. Again Rumbling Bald did move us to a great place the second day. I can’t say enough about how great the two front desk employees were in correcting the location. Love the rented condo area and look. Is a great place to stay had the maintenance been on par. Thank you for remedying the issues at hand.
