“The hotel was not what I expected. The building and rooms felt outdated, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel very relaxed during my stay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a satisfying experience.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and staff. The staff were nice and willing to work with us on our needs with our room. The Hotel is super convenient to all of the shops and dinning areas in the Tahoe City area. Great view of the lake and golf course. The hotel is a bit older I think, but the owners have upgraded it and remodeled it very nicely. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small but nice. I think with it being an older property it's a bit noisy, but sleeping was still……

“I especially loved the cozy lobby - great for relaxing and enjoying the fireplace. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and extras such as the hot tub, welcoming wine, and 'smores were lovely touches. The room was also lovely and clean and charming. Highly recommended!”
