Perfect for families, nature lovers, or a peaceful getaway, our home is located directly across from the scenic 507-acre Goose Pond Scout Reservation and surrounded by nature.

* Note: Amenity badges and parking passes are required and will be provided. A rental application must be submitted before arrival. The community is strict about guest and vehicle registration—late applications may incur a $100 fee.

* House Rules:

Renters must be 28+ (or accompanied by a parent/guardian)

Driver’s license copies required

No smoking inside

No pets

No indoor fireplace use

Max occupancy must be observed.

* Starter Supplies Provided:

Toilet paper & paper towels
Basic cleaning supplies and trash bags
(We recommend bringing extra paper goods for longer stays.)

* Please Bring:

Firewood or Duraflame logs for the firepit (not provided)
