"Great old hotel.. the place is set up for weddings in "ball rooms", and where there was once a pub. The room we had was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, nice staff, and we had everything we needed. There's no breakfast service in the mornings, but there are some great options nearby. The town is ideal for a stroll with cute shops, bakeries, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance, and it's a short drive to visit other towns...Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in this area. "Beautiful property, wonderful pool and the staff is the best. We came in with chemical allergy issues. They went above and beyond to make sure my spouse was comfortable. Can’t say enough about their care and understanding. And the breakfast was delightful and they also took care of our gluten sensitivities..wonderful experience"

"The granny suite was just what we needed for a home away from home while we searched for an apartment. The suite was so clean and super comfortable and quiet. We loved how close it was to Bridge street and all the shops and restaurants. Carleton Place is just the quintessential little town with everything and we will definitely be back in the future!"
