“I booked this property to take my mother on a trip, and it was a terrible experience from the very start. The place was not clean when we arrived, and instead of resolving the issue, the host told me to clean it myself. The host even blamed me for the insects in the unit, which was completely unreasonable.Because of the condition of the property, I left on the very first day.
