This property is on Lake Guntersville. It is a 2016 mobile home that is less than a 1/2 mile away from the boat launch at South Sauty. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a kitchen. The tv in the den area has Dish Network, playstation 2 and wii gaming systems. The TV in the bedroom has a DVD and VHS player and is for movies only. There is no wifi at this time. The deck has great views of the lake. Hunt or fish during the day then come back and enjoy the sun set behind the mountains on Lake Guntersville.

Labor Day Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. The location was very quiet but close to the public boat launch. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and down by the water. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels and also all the little things you forget to pack. It is a pet friendly location so expect some pet odors. There are cats around the area so be mindful of that if you have dogs. Our puppies enjoyed barking at them through the glass door. Overall it was peaceful and we would go back.

Nice getaway
I love to kayak fish and this place is great for that. Clean and doesn't break the budget when I want to get a few days of fishing in. Maybe the only small complaint I have is they don't have any seasonings. Not even salt and pepper. I know its small but would be nice to have that. I will absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic getaway
The property is fantastic. It has an unobstructed view of the lake with a set of chairs right on the water, a bench swing between the trailer and the water, and a lovely deck connected to the trailer. There are houses on either side, but you would never know it from the view out the back door. It was clean and comfortable inside. Large backyard where our son enjoyed playing a little soccer. Plenty of parking. We highly recommend this great getaway for a small family or couple.

This unit smelled heavily of dog. There was dog hair all over the furniture and some of the walls were dirty from dogs evidently rubbing against them. We went to a hotel when half of the unit lost power, therefore, losing heat. Cut trip short bc unit never did get warm again.

It was a great place to get away from it all. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the things you need to make a meal. Totally adequate. Loved the surrounding area and the scenic drives. Lake views are beautiful!

everything was great everything you need was there even a charcoal grill which i loved caught bass bream catfish and what i think was a perch they big tree to fish under at the bank was great the table and chairs were so helpful it is a short walk to the water but a had a utility wagon to haul my fishing gear so that was not a problem beautiful view and sunrise was amazing would have like to do some night fishing as well but it was just to dark as there really was no outside lighting down there that i was aware of that would have made it perfect will definitely be back 10 out of 10 in my book

Anniversary getaway
We just wanted a quiet spot to spend our anniversary and it fit the bill perfectly. The lake was beautiful and the area very peaceful. We spent time just sitting on the shore listening to the birds singing and watching boats on the lake. Mobile home is small but just perfect for 2-4 people. We will be staying here again.Bed could be bigger, but we made it work.

A little slice of heaven by the lake!
We had the key code when we arrived and it gave us no trouble at all. Everything was neat and clean and very inviting. In front of the rules was a little card and bag that said happy birthday! That was very nice and thoughtful of the couple to leave a card and cookies for my birthday. The rooms was nice and everything was well stocked and didn’t run out of anything we needed. Everything worked and not was a nice beige yard for the boys to play in. Jacob our baby loved watching the birds. The lake front property was defiantly a deciding factor in our decision. Thanks again for welcoming us and letting us stay.

rental was clean and had all accommodations listed in the advertisement. communication with owner was outstanding. they even offered to bring us an extension cord that we had forgotten to charge our boats batteries. will definitely be making a return trip as soon as we can!!
