"Hotel staff is efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. If an onsite restaurent is available. that will always be my first choice of hotel when visiting Vancouver."
"The staff was nice and accommodating :)
The one issue was the water in the bath/shower was very slow to drain :(
Wish there was some onsite washing machines.. but we found a coin laundry."
