Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onward. *Early check-in may be possible upon request, depending on cleaning schedules.
Check-out Time: Please check out by 12:00 PM (unless otherwise arranged). *A late checkout may not be possible as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
House Rules – To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, kindly observe the following: No smoking inside the unit No pets allowed No parties or events Do not rearrange furniture No overnight parking
For security and safety: No undeclared or unauthorized guests are permitted inside the unit. If you do have a visitor, they can enter if they bring a valid ID, and you need to meet them at the lobby and let them log into the logbook.
Access to Amenities: Restricted to registered guests only. Outside visitors, friends, and family not booked will not be permitted to use these facilities.
Laundry Information: This is a condo unit, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping. A convenient laundromat is located right in front of the building.
Furnishing: Any damaged or missing furnishings will be charged accordingly.
Key Return: Please return the key card when checking out to the assigned mailbox. A replacement fee of ₱1,000 if the key card is lost.
Parking: Free parking hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. First come, first served. Overnight parking is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle left after 10:00 PM may receive a ticket and penalty from property management.
Recommendation: If you need to park overnight, please use nearby public or paid parking facilities that allow 24-hour parking. Other things to note Book Your Stay! Experience comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
