“The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins……

“The room is big enough and gorgeous. However, it’s a little noisy outside.”

“The staff was very kind. I also liked the shuttle service to the airport… very convenient. The hotel is in good shape and I found it clean. If I have another layover in Cebu, I’d definitely keep this hotel on my radar!”

“Good for everything during staying in the hotel!”

“Very good”

“The tv was difficult to learn how to get off Chinese tv stations”

“I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟.……
