Not a 4 star , I would give it a 3 star, staff were ok and tried to help if they could, some could not speak English or Greek which was a bit difficult. Breakfast was very poor after 2 mornings I stopped going, I went to a local bakery, room furniture and garden furniture very poor and needs updating. Swimming pool very shabby. Reception area floor coming up and so a bit dangerous as people were tripping over it. Building works going on at front of hotel and so you need to by the back which closes at 10 and if you are back late you have to walk down the building site to get in. TV didn’t work, no hot water, when told them they said the hotel was full and that’s why no hot water. No seats on balcony. Bath/Shower very shabby. Very disappointing.

Amazing stay at e hotel. Rooms are super clean and the design is classic, yet fresh. Views of the sea are beautiful. The grounds and lobby design are chic. The surrounding area is nice to walk around. I would 100% stay here again when visiting cyprus.

Second time in this place in a span of 13 months and nothing has changed. It has the feel of a hotel that was once built to impress, but has had minimal investment. Loads of cosmetic defects in the room, poor drainage, poor air conditioning, bathrooms a bit dingy, very old TV, smelly carpets in the hallway, etc, etc. The breakfast buffet is acceptable, but minimal (think Premier Inn) with much of the hot food looking like it was cooked the day before. WiFi in the room was poor, the lobby AC is only on near the reservation desk and the gym is a car crash, The staff are generally helpful and friendly, but one gets the feeling that everyone is just treading water. Definitely not worth what we paid and we won't be back there again.

The hotel has the potential of being amazing - it is well-designed and you can see that it used to be excellent, but now it looks like it hasn't been maintained or cared for in years. There are a lot of broken things, dirty things, the pool is uncared for; the breakfast its not good enough; my room had a bad smell, I stayed for 4 days, but they only fixed it on day 3; there was no hot water in the shower; I didn't get new soap every day (and when I did it was only one a day, for a small soap+shower gel, barely enough for one shower); no towel to take with you to the pool; the "spa" costs money (obviously treatments should cost extra, but why does the sauna cost money); I didn't get new water or coffee every day and had to ask for it. and they don't have phones in the rooms, so every time I needed something, I had to walk downstairs. Oddly enough, even though the hotel was not full, I was placed overloking the roadworks and the neighbos (instead of the quiet pool-side) just above the rubbish bins. Not sure why. The staff were fine and friendly, I just don't think anyboduy really cares about your experience as a guest. Definitely not worth the price, but if they just put in a tiny bit of effort - I'm sure it can be amazing again.

Nice

We stayed at E Hotel Spa & Resort Cyprus for one night before our next flight and it was a really good experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, which made it perfect for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything worked smoothly for us. A great choice if you need a pleasant stopover!
