Nice, quiet, just what I needed

The place was clean and well kept, I didn't have any issues with noise due to location and it was easy to find and get to and from for the weekend. I really enjoyed my stay!

Perfect little place

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate his birthday. Place is very convenient and close to everything. Clean and accommodating. Our host, David, was great! Over all excellent experience!

Easy process

David was an amazing host who communicated well and in advance of our arrival. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to visit in the area. The property was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. When we are in Vegas again we will definitely stay there!

A great place in Vegas!

This place is perfect for a single or a couple who want a comfortable place cloae to the strip, but not on it. Dave is a wonderful host. He immediately responded to our request for more coffee,. After being on the road for 2 months we appreciated the comfy recluners and DirecTV!minths, we appreciated the comfy recliners

Cozy and perfect! I enjoyed the property! Great seating & relaxing back yard. Safe and quiet property! About 20 minutes away from everything! Great location! Front door parking in convenient location

Great location - convenient to everything. Very friendly and helpful host (that happens to be a Lyft driver). David met us at the site, showed us around and answered all our questions. Enjoyed our stay.

David, the host, was great! The apartment was spacious, well-stocked, clean, convenient, all around it was a great experience. David provided taxi service at a reasonable rate so we didn't need to rent a car nór pay for parking.

David was an amazing host, so helpful & friendly. He was very accommodating & helped us with everything we asked. The place was so cute, nice & very clean. We loved having the complementary snacks & waters, especially getting off a long flight. Felt like home away from home. Overall one of the best rental experiences we have ever had. This was an ideal place for us to wash the Zion & Bryce Canyon dirt away and relax for a few days at the end of our vacation. Host displayed exemplary hospitality. Very nice!

A real life oasis!

Cleaniest property I've had the pleasure of renting. All amenities were as advertised. I didn't want accommodations on the strip, and this was perfect. Safe, non-touristy area so everything i needed (grocery, gas station, local restaurants) was within a mile radius.
