Great place!! Close to everything (Strip, Fremont St.,Springs Preserve, parks) and perfect house. Kitchen well appointed, comfy beds, tranquil backyard. Hot tub was appreciated in winter! Also, the hosts are amazing, super fast with communication and made our stay worry free!

This was the perfect place to stay for the week and had everything we needed. The house is spacious, the pool and spa worked perfectly and even warm enough to use daily. Great location close to "local" spots for dinner as well as a quick 10 to 15 minute ride share to the strip. My wife and I liked the place so much we are already looking forward to going back next year for our birthdays.

This property has it all! Fred and Chrissy are amazing hosts, they were both extremely responsive with any questions I had prior to booking and also while we stayed at their beautiful home. The house is fully stocked with everything needed to make you feel at home and the grocery store is a quart of a mile away. We visit Vegas every 3 years for the construction expo and our family will definitely be looking forward to another stay at this amazing location.

Terrific! Amazing property and hosts. Beautiful home with excellent amenities, exactly as described. Pool area is terrific. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and it was the perfect place to relax in between games. Close to everything. Hosts were very accommodating with check-in and check-out around soccer games. Highly recommend this property - definitely outstanding!

Excellent Location and Property

We stayed a week at the house for a business/vacation trip. Excellent location for our needs that allowed us to enjoy some windows of downtime. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great outdoor spaces allowed us to work outside when we wanted. Easy to book and good communication. Would recommend this property.

Great House

This was a quick weekend trip to spend time with the kids/grandkids. The house had everything we needed. The pool and backyard set up allowed us to have a great time outdoors even in 111 degree heat. I will stay here again in the future.

NHRA weekend

Absolutely the BEST VRBO we have ever had! Stunning magnificent elegant are just a few words to try to explain this home! We travel with my husbands Great Dane service dogs and this neighborhood was perfect for walking them without any concern! The house is smaller but the open layout and backyard especially makes it so comfortable and cozy! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to have it all this home delivers!

Perfect Stay

My family was in town for our child’s tournament and we wanted a nice place close to, but away from the Strip. This house was perfect! Super convenient for everything we needed and in a great neighborhood. The house was super clean and our kids had the best time in the pool/spa. Wonderful backyard to relax, enjoy meals and chat. Communication with property owners was easy and very pleasant. Will definitely book in the future when returning to Las Vegas.

The house was amazing! Better than advertised. Fabulous and well stocked outdoor space, pretty pool, great hot tub, plenty of comfortable seating with different areas to chase the sun or shade. The house was well appointed with bedding, towels, paper goods, and dishes. The beds and furniture were comfortable and perfect for a group of six. The house, check in and communication made us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is terrific with easy access to groceries, restaurant, and the strip. The hosts communicated timely before, during and after our stay. Top marks all around. We plan to stay here again! Thanks!!

Perfect week stay! Hosts were very responsive. We were in town for our son’s sporting event at the convention center and wanted a home slightly off the strip (10 min drive) with enough space for our family of six since we’d be there a week. The neighborhood felt safe, close to grocery store and was so convenient getting to and from the convention center and strip. The kids loved the jacuzzi (in Dec) which would take about 15-20 min to heat up. The bbq was large enough to cook for our family and entertain. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair! So very clean and hosts were super nice and available. The house is centrally located and it’s well stocked with everything you need. We used the Mr. Coffee but they have a Keurig as well. It would have been nice to have a hot water kettle but they have every other appliance. The bathrooms are spacious and nice and the towels are clean and plentiful. The beds are comfortable and clean and so are the rugs. The tvs are actually all very nice and have rokus and they have some subscriptions so there’s plenty of choices. Lots of seatings for family and a great house for a friends get together without the chaos of the Strip.The house is also very nice in that it’s one level so it’s good for people of all ages. Dog friendly is the big bonus and we all appreciate any house that welcomes polite dogs. The supermarket a block away along with some food options.The owners are super lovely so htu if you have questions. they’re some of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you both for hosting our family!

Can't get much better than this!

I would definitely stay at this property again! Being able to stay strip adjacent, rather than on the strip, was perfect for our group. Cars arrived within 5-8 minutes and we were where we wanted to be within a 10-minute ride. This home's amenities allowed us to maintain some normalcy in our vacation schedules (and take a nap when needed!). I know that may not be what everyone is looking for, but that worked for our group of 4. The home was well-stocked and had plenty of space for the 4 of us to hang out together without feeling crowded. I think we spent more time outdoors by the pool than indoors. We had breakfast outdoors each morning. The backyard is 10/10. The host was accommodating and responsive.

Great Stay!

5 of us stayed here and it was fantastic. It was clean, spacious and just how the pictures and descriptions advertised it. There was lots of room for sleeping, sitting, eating and relaxing. On top of this, the amenities were great. We used the hot tub and massage chair frequently and the Keurig coffee maker was fully stocked with lots of variety. It was easy to get in using the code, and connecting with wi-fi was easy. I gave 5 stars for communication with the owner, but we didn't have to contact the owner at all because everything was taken care of in advance. The location was also perfect as it was only about a 10 minute drive from both downtown and the strip and there are other stores and whatnot within walking distance. Lyft rides never took more than 5 minutes to get to the house to pick us up. I would recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Clean and cozy place for family fun

This rental property ensures that Las Vegas can be a destination where families can still feel at home despite being away from home. When we arrived a bit early, we were fortunate enough to meet Fred, the host, who was very pleasant and welcoming. And then there was the property which gave off similar vibes from the moment we entered. Also, it had a beautiful and roomy backyard space. We did not use the pool and hot tub due to the weather and our busy itinerary but both were there and ready to be used...in other words, the pictures and description are accurate. Inside the house was clean and cozy. The massage chair in the living room came in handy after a long day of hiking. The wifi was good and multiple TV screens for everyone in the family to watch or play whatever they wanted. Spacious kitchen that holds everything you need to prepare a meal. Large bedrooms with adequate storage. Great place! Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd time at this house and still AMAZING! Always clean and fresh when we arrive and the pool and outside area is excellent for relaxing! We will be back again in the fall! Can’t say enough about the house but the host is even better, always helpful and always willing to help anyway they can!

Our group of 5 ladies were very comfortable at this property. Plenty of room to be together and lots of places for privacy if that was wanted. We were able to enjoy the outdoor space and took advantage of the hot tub and the pool. Also felt very safe staying here. We were visiting to see a couple shows at the sphere, property is located within easy Uber or Lyft distance from Vegas attraction's. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
