The ants was so bad that you could not have drink or anything before the ants attack. My daughter was bitten on her forehead. The ants would even crawl all over your phone. I did report the ant problem and the associate said last month was a moth problem. The arcade was a big 0 rating.We lost money because the games were working and I could not get money because everything was on a card you had to purchase.

Property itself was decently close walking to strip . Near LINQ and sphere . Rooms were nice and spacious . They do try to sell you a timeshare upon check in which we just denied participation in and they left us alone . It’s quiet here . Would recommend esp for a family

Expensive for the service received..late getting me into my room, refused a late check out (stayed wed-Monday, spent over $2500) really? Nothing exceptional even though we booked the “signature room” Shower heads were old, most did not work. Toilet had trouble flushing. Dishwasher was cheap and dishes came out dirty. Pools were nice but the large clumps of hair floating around were off putting. The kitchen was nicer than most, nice fridge, big sink. Nice washer and dryer Best part was location. Easy walk to Sphere.

It was a great location and ideal space for our family trip to Las Vegas. The resort and apartment were super - the pools, shop and restaurant were great! However the block where our apartment was located (Block 2) looked on to Koval Boulevard and the traffic noise was terrible both day and night. Also the air conditioning within the s apartment was very noise and made a high pitched squeal all the time. We would definitely consider staying at this resort again but not in Block 1 or 2 (which were the only blocks directly beside a main road/traffic route).

Just a super gem of a property, for those who don't want to stay in the middle of the strip, or would prefer more of an apartment for the week, than just a room. It's right across the street from the Sphere.... and even in the hottest of days when walking the strip is too hot..it's rarely more than a $10 Uber to anywhere fairly local. Have stayed in Vegas many many time...and I think this place is going to stay a favorite, and we'll absolutely return here. Thanks Holiday Inn..great staff, great property, and we had a most Grateful time !!!!

This property's location is super convenient on a "non-busy" weekend in Vegas. There were some issues with the room in terms of some of the outlets not working and one of the lamps was either out or not plugged in, but those were not deal breakers. The Gold Mine restaurant on property was a sh*t show for lunch - it took 1.5 hours from sit down to eat. Someone let the bar phone ring for 32 rings despite there being staff in the restaurant at the time. Overall I give this property a good rating but not excellent because while it tries to have amenities of a bigger property, it misses the mark a smidge. I would stay here again for its location and security on property and it is overall pretty quiet. The checkin staff were top notch letting us check in early .

Bugs in a kitchen and bathroom. Hot water ran out quickly and frequently. Besides that its close to everything and the pool stays open until 10pm, which is great for the kids. They charge extra for housekeeping and trash dumping.
