Ice machine was broken for my entire stay. Pool area closes at 7:00 which I feel is way too early during summer in Las Vegas. Food and water is way overpriced in the shops and it’s quite a long walk to the nearest non hotel priced items. I have no complaints about the room.

I loved how we didnt have to leave the hotel everything was here for us. One thing i really had an issue with is that we spoke to the front desk multiple times asked them if we would be able to be on the same floor because we were there for a wedding (my wedding) they took our names and assured us we would but when check in came we were all over not on the same floor at all. what they said on the phone was not what happened one of our groups were'nt even guaranteed the room they perbooked.

Got a dirty room with towels on the floor and the beds were not done upon talking to the front desk they gave me a new room. Kids were a little thirsty after going back and forth from the garage to the lobby to the dirty room back to the lobby and back to a different room,opened the mini bar fridge just to find a container full of rotten food and it had MOLD all over called the front desk to get it remove and cleaned and didnt hear from them until the 3rd day when we were getting ready to leave the property for somebody that charge 106 dolars for resort fees they sure dont hold up to good safe and health standards
