OK if you need a bed.

Inexpensive, but noisy machines next to the room. No fridge, no freebies, but close to the freeway.

Front desk sucks

The room was ok but front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. Rooms were not clean. The guest in front of me was told he could not have the room he reserved because it had not been cleaned and was not on the list to be cleaned. He had to take a smoking room instead. The lady at the desk spent more time dealing with personal business on the phone and family that came in. Very unprofessional.

Put in smoking room, had to change to non.

No elevator, no coffee, misinformation on phone, no ice machine on level, long wait to be helped then given a smoking room instead of the reserved non smoking room. Wasn't cleaned at 5 when checking in

Beyond disappointed!

We had 2 rooms, both had no coffee makers, microwave, or refrigerator. The only thing it did have was a blow dryer that would overheat and shut off. The blinds in one room were busted and we were told to turn it upside down so it would stay(but they advertise room darkening curtains in all rooms). The other had mold on the shower ceiling. They charge an extra deposit for damage at check in and told 50.00 of it would be returned, still waiting. If you wanted coffee from the lobby it cost you. I could go on and on, and if we had not already paid upfront through hotel.com we would have left. If you are waiting for me to say something positive then you're still waiting. Could not have been more disappointed!!!
