### House Yucca Lecce

Casa Yucca is an indipendent apartment of 60 smq recently renovated.  
It’s in Lecce, in a strategic location in a residential area, out of ZTL. It has a free private parking.  
The distance to center of the city is a 10 minutes.  
Near house there are all the necessity services: bars, tobacconists, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, post office, bank, bus stop 2 minutes and train station 16 minutes.  
  
The apartment has an automated independent entrance and is spread over two floors.  
On the ground floor OPEN SPACE living room kitchen:  
\- LIVING ROOM with dining area, sofa bed and TV flat-screen;  
\- KITCHEN with induction cooking corner, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine;  
\- on the first floor:  
\- DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE EQUIPPED BALCONY;  
\- BATHROOM with hydromassage shower;  
\- LAUNDRY.  
  
Main features are the wide brightness and the modern and refined design, accompanied by the essential comforts for a pleasant and unforgettable stay, including:  
\- INTERNET WIFI ultra fast;  
\- AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING on both floors;  
\- flat-screen TV in the room;  
\- Hypoallergenic bed cushions;   
\- Kitchen utensils;  
\- Household linen.  
  
SELF CHECK-IN (after 3 pm):  
Self check-in allows independent access to the apartment. By sms/whatsapp will be communicated a passcode that will be automatically changed at check-out.  
  
THE LOCATION:   
Casa Yucca is the ideal apartment for an experience full of relaxation and art, its location in fact allows you to easily visit the whole city of Lecce being:  
\- 700 metres from Porta Rudiae and Porta Napoli;  
\- 1 km from Piazza Duomo;  
\- 1.5 km from Piazza Sant'Oronzo;  
\- 1.5 km from Santa Croce,  
\- 1.5 km from Charles V Castle;  
all places within walking distance from the narrow streets of the old town full of shops of local artisans, bars, restaurants and many other small baroque gems or by means of transport that well connect the whole city.  
  
Beaches accessible by car or transport to:  
\- 15 km from Torre Chianca and San Cataldo;  
\- 25 km from the Adriatic coast (San Foca, Roca, Torre dell'Orso, Otranto)  
\- 25 km from the Ionian coast (Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo)  
  
And it might be over here, but always a few kilometers many other towns full of tradition and history, patron festivals, Menhir and Dolmen:  
\- 25 km from Galatina, Maglie, Martano, Melpignano, Nardo' and many others.
