"Sadly we were very disappointed as no one was at reception to check in at 1pm we had to find someone. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The room charge was €168 for a single occupancy & when I included my wife who joined me they added €120. Other hotels offer greater value for money & don’t rely on an old reputation for being the hotel to be in! "

I have a dairy allergy and they catered for it perfectly never feelin like a fuss and just changing up recipes as needed. Location is peaceful and quiet and beds are super comfy. "We stayed here for one night. It was fine for a one day stay. The furnishing and carpeting are somewhat worn but it was clean. We were not there long enough to use any appliances other than the refrigerator, which worked fine. The location itself is so-so. it is very close to the rodelbahn and some nice hikes but the views from the property itself are rather limited. The neighbors have big old rusted boiler (or something like that) in the front yard so not super attractive immediate surrounding....

"The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!"
