What a little gem of a place, ideal location for the town, our hosts looked after us with a clean and welcoming accommodation, there was more than enough choice for breakfast, we will be back for sure in the future, Thank you for a lovely stay Geoff & Elaine Harris

Good B&B

Good clean room, quiet location, nice people. Really good breakfast. Not alot going on in lee on solent and bit a of a basic sea side town.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Leeward House. I needed somewhere to stay at last minute and so please I found here! Graham and Kathleen are lovely people and the BnB is spotless, the breakfast was brilliant too. Overall had great night sleep, clean room and felt like i was at home it was so comfy.

Location was ideal with little to no traffic. Room was cosy, comfortably with a homely feel to it. Hosts were lovely too and were extremely helpful. Would go back.

Everything was lovely and clean. We had a good night's rest and found Lee on Solent a peaceful and beautiful spot. Full English breakfast was provided which we thoroughly enjoyed. The only small fly in the ointment was the working of the shower which we found difficult to control.

Working visit.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. Friendly service from the minute I arrived. The room had everything I needed, was extremely comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Great location, with shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. A little hidden gem.

A nice B&B clean and friendly, parking at the door in a nice location and a comfy bed, We were only there one night but found it good value!

It was noisy. The shower was dangerous as it either ran hot or cold and it probably hadn't been serviced since it was put in. It was convenient for what we needed but we wouldn't stay there again. Breakfast was adequate. Bed linen was good. Not good to come back from a day out to find that the towels were placed on the radiator to dry.

Leeward House was the perfect place for a few days away from the "hustle and bustle" of the crazy, internet-driven, frustrating, urban life. Graham and Kathleen were the perfect hosts providing extremely comfortable accommodation and a wonderful breakfast including black pudding if required!) everyday. An unreserved 5* in every respect and highly recommended to all.
